Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree Job Role Source merchants who need POS EDC terminals Bharat QR Merchant Acquiring in the local market Work with mapped branches and sales teams for leads generation and closure Meet customers understand needs negotiate for pricing close AOFs Generate independent leads from references and close them proactively Understanding of KYC costing pricing subvention etc Generate performance reports and identify gaps opportunities and drive topline revenue Retain clients by building relationship and growing portfolios Job Requirement Experience in sales of POS business with a reputed bank or merchant acquirer will be preferred Deep understanding of Merchant Acquiring business Proficient in MS Office MS Word Excel Powerpoint Understanding of acceptable KYC Written and verbal knowledge of English and the local language in the market Presentable and dynamic Responsibilities Achieve assigned business targets for the location Implement strategies to enhance the sales of banking products Motivate and manage the sales team guiding them to reach individual and team targets Ensure compliance and maintain service standards Monitor the competition and suggest strategies to stay ahead Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing plans Qualifications Graduate with 2 years of experience in sales management preferably in the banking sector Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team Good analytical skills with a focus on achieving targets Knowledge of banking products and their sales is preferred Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
