Tax Structuring & Planning * Develop tax-efficient structures for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, and trusts. * Identify savings opportunities while ensuring compliance. * Draft clear, actionable tax opinions for complex transactions. 2. M&A Transaction Advisory * Advise on capital gains, business transfers, and share acquisitions. * Support structuring of JVs, investments, and exits. 3. International Taxation & Transfer Pricing * Advise on cross-border transactions, DTAAs, and withholding tax. * Prepare/review Form 3CEB and Transfer Pricing documentation. 4. Statutory Audits * Lead audits for listed and unlisted companies. * Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and other laws. 5. Tax Audits * Oversee Form 3CD preparation and related reporting. * Ensure timely, accurate completion across entity types. What We’re Looking For * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years post-articleship in a mid-sized CA firm. * Strong exposure to Statutory Audits & Tax Audits * Expertise in Direct Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Advisory. * Basic knowledge of Ind AS. * Experience leading teams of 5+ professionals.
