Job Description About the Role Dream On Travel is looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate travel moments into powerful narratives. The ideal candidate will manage our social platforms especially Instagram by curating stories, reels, and campaigns that inspire travelling and community. You'll work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure our trips and experiences are communicated with authenticity and creativity. Key Expectation The Social Media Manager will be the storyteller and digital voice of Dream On Travel responsible for creating engaging content that inspires, connects, and grows our travel community. This includes crafting meaningful stories, curating impactful reels and posts, driving engagement through broadcast channels, and staying ahead of social media trends that resonate with our audience. Role Nature This is a creative and strategic role, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands storytelling, and enjoys transforming ideas into content that builds emotion and connection. The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand's voice and online presence. Key Responsibilities - Create and publish engaging reels, stories, and posts across social media platforms. - Build broadcast engagement and maintain active community interaction. - Craft compelling captions and narratives that reflect Dream On Travel's identity. - Track performance metrics and adapt strategies for better engagement. - Stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats. - Maintain consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter (X). - Creative story telling of the travel moments in the trips in form of stories and reels. Requirements - Graduate in Marketing, Visual Communication, Journalism, or related fields. - 0-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation. - Strong storytelling and writing skills in English &Tamil. - Awareness of current social trends, hashtags, and audience behavior. - Creativity, aesthetic sense, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Twitter and LinkedIn for brand voice and community engagement. - Basics of Digital marketing and in depth knowledge of social media marketing is a must. About the company Dream On Travel is a Tamil travel community based in Coimbatore, curating unique group trips for solo and group travelers who love to explore and connect. We're looking for fellow dreamers who love what they do and share our passion for travel and discovery. Kindly note, this job requires you to work in Coimbatore and commute to the office regularly. There is no remote or hybrid position available. Other important things to note - We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only. - This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required. - The starting salary is 15,000 - 18,000 per month, and may vary depending on experience and skill level. - Experience level: 0-2 years About the company Dream On Travel is a Tamil travel community based in Coimbatore, curating unique group trips for solo and group travelers who love to explore and connect.
