Job Description

We are expanding our Real Estate Channel Sales team and hence looking to hire 8 - 10 sales professional having experience in residential real estate channel sales.

Job Role:

- Ensure each segment & project meets the sales target from channel partners.
- Meet targets for addition of channel partner database every month/quarter.
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
- Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
- Oversee organization of channel-related events
- Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
- Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
