Your typical day will involve providing insightful financial analysis that aids in decision-making processes related to the profitability and overall financial health of the organization. You will engage with various teams to ensure that financial strategies align with organizational goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes effective communication and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. - Proficient in using financial software and tools for analysis.
