- Key Responsibilities:

- Independently design and deliver code for products with a quality mindset.
- Provide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers.
- Master the Salesforce development process, culture, and codebase to improve it.
- Create end-to-end, cross-cloud impacting integration automation (API and UI) with internal and external services.
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Develop business processes using Process Builder, Lightning Flow, Workflow Rules, and Apex.
- Stay up-to-date with all the latest Salesforce updates.
- Knowledge of atleast one CPQ Systems such as Salesforce CPQ, Apttus
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Principal Duties & Responsibilities

- 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Responsible for Experience Cloud development (ex: Customer Portal)
- Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration
- Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within client's environment
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce across the enterprise
- Work with the Product Owner, IT Solution Manager, and IT Solution Architect to plan and coordinate Salesforce projects
- Technical Guidance to the team members - Provide expertise in Salesforce development using Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning Web ComponentsDesign and Development.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration, customization, and integration
- Responsible for design of Salesforce Integration framework for real-time/batch integration with internal systems and external cloud apps
- Supporting Technical and Business Requirements activities by providing end-to-end analysis for product and initiatives with respect to data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design, and user interface designs within and across systems
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highly preferred
- Must have good inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members
- Contribute and follow project plans for executing projects using Agile Waterfall methodologies to ensure the project is delivered on time and beyond customer expectations
