Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in EEE, EV, Renewables, or related technical fields preferred. - Experience: 3-6 years in sales, with experience in solar or EV solutions. Background in technical products and client-facing roles is essential. - Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory for effective client communication. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, EV charging solutions (AC & DC), and renewable energy trends. - Other Requirements: Must own a vehicle, possess a valid driving license, and be open to relocating to Bangalore if required. Your Role As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, you will lead sales initiatives for both EV charging infrastructure and solar energy systems. Key responsibilities include: - Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage non-residential clients, promoting solar and EV solutions tailored to their needs. - Customer Engagement: Manage lead generation, validation, and client follow-ups to build long-term relationships. - Field Sales: Conduct site visits to assess client requirements, provide technical and commercial solutions, and close deals. - Proposal & Documentation: Create persuasive proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales process. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution. - Comprehensive Solutions: Offer end-to-end sales services, covering both solar and EV portfolios. What Youll Bring - Experience: Proven expertise in renewable energy sales, with a focus on solar or EV solutions. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a plus. - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and the renewable energy landscape. - Personality: Assertive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple clients. - Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and engage clients on-site.
