This Position reports to: Head of Global Network & Hosting Services Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the identification, planning, and agile coordination of a set of related projects within a program of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives of large strategic information Systems (IS) programs. Each day, you will maintain the strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating the vision of the program outcomes and associated benefits. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS Network & Hosting department globally. Main stakeholders are IS Service Owners as well as BA Infrastructure Leads. You will be mainly accountable for - Defining the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation for the projects within the program, in coordination with key stakeholders. - Reporting risk on program level. - Organizing, monitoring, and controlling activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. - Working to realize business value through successful program delivery and implementation. Qualifications for the role - You are highly skilled in using agile project methodologies - You have a demonstrated track record in managing large global projects (minimum 5 years) - You have proven experience of professional collaboration with senior stakeholders - You are able to demonstrate your experience in Network and Hosting services - You are passionate about driving modernization and innovation across global information system together with peers, partners and customers - You are at ease communicating in English More About Us Our global team of over 80 individuals serves ABB with Core IS Services.
