Supply Chain/Enterprise Process

Job Overview 综述: This is a highly critical role within our Engineered Materials supply chain and requires someone with a unique array of skillsets ranging from strong business/commercial acumen, tech savviness, a strategic/process oriented mindset, with a mature and detailed understanding of end to end supply chain. Ideally this candidate has managed an SAP S4 HANA implementation from a supply chain standpoint and digital transformation projects involving SAP S4 HANA as the ERP. Responsibilities 职责: YOU will be involved in the following tasks: - Detailed understanding of full end to end Supply Chain process – from Demand planning to Supply Planning to Scheduling to order fulfillment and all aspects in between - Integrated Supply Chain subject matter expert with the ability to model product and SAP transaction flows from an end to end SC standpoint - Planning Data subject matter expert including SAP S4 as well as having a robust understanding of the Data Structure required to support digital planning solutions e.g. JDA, Blue Yonder, IBP etc - Central point of contact to functional leadership representing S&OP on Enterprise Strategic Projects - Provides functional expert input to stakeholders within and outside of S&OP Qualifications 要求: What YOU will bring to the team: - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and/or industrial engineering (or other relevant and related field) - Advanced Degree in Supply Chain (or other related and relevant disciplines) a plus - APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification a plus - 7+ years of hands-on experience working on transformation projects (SAP S4 centric) specifically in Process industry with continuous/repetitive production for large organizations, managing multiple SKU's sourced from multiple suppliers (internal and external) - Strong knowledge of dependencies between SAP ERP and advanced planning solutions.
