At Iron Mountain we know that work when done well makes a positive impact for our customers our employees and our planet Thats why we need smart committed people to join us Whether youre looking to start your career or make a change talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain We provide expert sustainable solutions in records and information management digital transformation services data centers asset lifecycle management and fine art storage handling and logistics We proudly partner every day with our 225 000 customers around the world to preserve their invaluable artifacts extract more from their inventory and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways Are you curious about being part of our growth stor y while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions If so let s start the conversation Iron Mountain Data Centers is looking to hire a QA Analyst to join our global Data Enablement team You will take shared responsibility for the successful fulfillment of business requirements and data delivery To succeed in this role you will need an eye for detail the ability to methodically test verify and document quality assurance processes outcomes and go-forward recommendations contribute to pre-deployment activities that ensure completeness and accuracy have a basic understanding of data management framework and be willing to learn how to consistently deliver trustworthy data and reports to users via a data platform toolset Responsibilities Define own execute define and coordinate QA procedures exercises and test plan activitiesProvide QA support for Tableau Online and Microsoft SSRS implementations and enhancementsCreate and execute T-SQL queries that ensure fulfillment of data delivery and report requestsAssess document and collaborate on defect management processes and improvementsRecommend controls that ensure accuracy completeness and quality of data loads and pipelinesGather QA outcomes and produce metrics and analysis for improvement on a consistent basisTest and document e2e data solutions reports systems pipelines and presentation layersContribute to production deployment and release activities documentation and communicationDrive QA support for data integration activities across platforms tools and domainsImprove advance and innovate QA processes templates and long-term capabilitiesKey Skills Requirements and Competencies Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline is required2-3 years of on-the-job experience as a QA Analyst preferably in an Agile IT SDLC environment2-3 years experience writing and executing functional test plans test cases and test scenariosKnowledge of SQL Server relational databases data modeling warehousing and visualizationAbility to write intermediate T-SQL queries including joins and unions for data validationWorking knowledge of data warehousing processes flows tools and delivery mechanismsAbility to learn visualization concepts data flows and development in Tableau Online Microsoft SSRSGood understanding of the Domain knowledge and defining the user-centric test scenariosMake decisions confidently independently and assume level-II responsibility in critical QA situationsSelf manage and able to self organize to multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail with solid analytical skills methods and technical curiosityOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work M-F 1-10PM ISTCategory Information Technology
