Inventory Supervisor

Supervise storekeepers and helpers to ensure smooth inward outward flow of goods Monitor stock levels of raw materials jaggery ghee wheat flour honey packaging etc and finished products biscuits powders drinks etc Implement FIFO FEFO First In First Out First Expiry First Out strictly Check approve daily stock entries in ERP Excel Tally Conduct weekly monthly physical stock audits reconcile with system records Report stock shortages damages and wastage to management Coordinate with production purchase and sales teams for demand forecasting Maintain hygiene safety and pest-control standards in warehouse Train guide storekeepers on inventory best practices Develop inventory control policies to prevent pilferage or mismatch Education Graduate in Commerce Supply Chain Business preferred diploma acceptable if experienced Experience 2-5 years in warehouse store management ideally in FMCG food manufacturing Strong knowledge of Excel Tally or Inventory ERP Understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting Leadership team management Problem-solving and decision-making High integrity and discipline Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
