Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and grow the company’s online presence through platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Develop content marketing strategies including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and ad creatives. Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and user experience. Track and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms. Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms to achieve KPIs. Conduct A/B testing and performance reporting on all digital campaigns. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align marketing objectives with business goals. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage digital budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 3 plus years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and trends. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Hub Spot, or other relevant platforms. Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C marketing. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
