Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves directly meeting and interacting with customers in the field to promote and sell company products or services. The employee will have the flexibility to choose their own comfortable working zone/area, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. The position requires excellent communication skills, basic English knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should hold a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable traveling locally. This is a target-oriented role with a fixed work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a blend of independence and team support.Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area or self-selected comfortable zone. Present and explain products or services to customers in a clear and engaging manner. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally. Market Research and Reporting Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in your working zone. Report daily and weekly activities, leads generated, and sales closures to the sales manager. Provide suggestions to improve sales strategies and market penetration. Field Visits Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing clients. Organize product demonstrations and presentations when required. Distribute marketing materials and collect customer data for follow-ups. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.Skills and Competencies Required: Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication in the local language. Basic understanding of English for reading and simple conversations. Sales Skills: Persuasive and confident approach to customer engagement. Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into sales. Soft Skills: Self-motivated and result-oriented. Good time management and organizational skills.
