Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time / Contract We are looking for a proactive and analytical E-Commerce Specialist with strong Amazon Seller/Vendor Central expertise to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about marketplace growth, product optimization, and data-driven decision making, we’d love to meet you. Key responsibilties (Any or all related ecommerce operations or any backoffice) Amazon Account Management - Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations - Create, update, and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images, SEO) - Monitor buy box, pricing, MAP compliance, and competitor activities - Handle case logs: listing reinstatements, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, PO reinstatements, etc. Inventory & Logistics - Coordinate and plan FBA/FBM shipments - Track inventory health and avoid stockouts/overstocking - Update product catalog, variations, and attributes Advertising & Growth - Manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) - Analyze ACoS, ROAS, conversion rate, and keyword performance - Implement pricing strategies, coupons, deals, and promotions Analytics & Reporting - Prepare SKU-wise sales, profitability, and performance reports - Analyze customer behavior, session % changes, traffic trends, and ASIN performance - Identify opportunities for ranking growth and revenue expansion Compliance & Customer Experience - Maintain seller performance metrics (ODR, LSR, VTR, A-to-Z claims) - Resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, listing quality issues - Coordinate with customer service for returns/refund alignment Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 2–4 years Amazon marketplace experience - Strong knowledge of Seller and Vendor Central tools & policies - Expertise in listing optimization, SEO, keyword research - Proven PPC management experience - Ability to create reports in Excel/Google Sheets - Experience with repricing tools, inventory tools, and Amazon analytics - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SellerCloud, Helium10, JungleScout, or DataDive - Understanding of accounting basics: COGS, margins, ROI, TACoS - Experience with brand registry and IP claims - Experience handling Walmart/eBay (optional) Nice to Have - Experience in Walmart, eBay, or other marketplaces - Experience with repricing tools and MAP compliance - Understanding of basic financial metrics (COGS, margins, ROI)
