We’re looking for a sharp generalist who can lead across operations, product, growth, and execution. You’ll own critical projects end-to-end, turn ideas into outcomes, and build systems that keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, makes decisions quickly, and isn’t afraid to jump into anything that moves the business forward.
What You’ll Actually Do
Own big pieces of the company—operations, strategy, product, growth, whatever needs doing.
Take vague ideas and turn them into shipped features, launched campaigns, or solved problems.
Create order from chaos—build systems, processes, and priorities where there were none.
Spot what’s broken (or missing), fix it, then automate it.
Keep everyone aligned—whether that’s running standups, writing docs, or just making sure the team’s rowing in the same direction.
Roll up your sleeves and do the work—no task is too small, no project too big.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years doing real work in a startup, ops, product, growth, or “just figured it out” environments.
You don’t wait for instructions, you move.
A bias toward action and clarity—get to the point, get things done.
Comfortable with ambiguity—you don’t need perfect information to make a call.
A generalist mindset—you like doing a bit of everything, and you’re good at it.
You want to build, not maintain.
