years of experience to join our ETL Development team This role will report to Director of Engineering and the candidate will be involved in planning and implementation of our centralized data warehouse solution for data acquisition Ingestion and large data processing and automation optimization across all the company products About the Role Candidate will play a crucial role in leading the Designing Developing and Leading the delivery of ETL processes and data architecture solutions Will collaborate with various stakeholders data architects analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical designs and own end-to-end delivery of solutions Key Responsibilities Manage a team of professionals providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure their efforts are aligned with the organization s goals across multiple functional areas Lead the Design Architect and Delivery of ETL processes and data integration solutions Envision Develop and Maintain ETL workflows using tools such as SSIS Azure Databricks SparkSQL or similar Manage Data engineering projects but at the same time the person is expected to be very hands-on technical work Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability and reliability Play a key role to improve efficiency of business processes through process re-engineering and redesign Drive improvements in methodologies Adheres to company policies and IT governance processes Hybrid role working from both home and office Noida Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field 12-16 years of experience in ETL development and data integration Expertise working in complex solutions involving SSIS T-SQL Azure Databricks or similar Knowledge of various SQL NoSQL data storage mechanisms and Big Data technologies and experience in Data Modeling Knowledge of Azure data factory Azure Data bricks Azure Data Lake Experience in Scala SparkSQL Airflow is preferred Experience in data architecture and designing scalable ETL solutions is preferred Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong communication and leadership skills Experience
