Payroll Specialist

Job Title: Senior US Payroll Executive Job Location: Visakhapatnam Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years Educational Qualification: / MBA (Finance preferred) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior US Payroll Executive with strong experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. - Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools. - Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements. - Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing. - Ensure payroll compliance with US GAAP standards (knowledge preferred). - Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting. - Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices. Key Skills & Requirements: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage). - Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems. - Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance. - Knowledge of US GAAP will be an added advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. - Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Location: Rushikonda Hill No: 2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)
