1. Supervising Construction sites on daily basis. 2. Instructing Construction Team and Sub contractors on daily activities. 3. Maintaining the accurate records of Construction employee attendance. 4. Analysing blueprints to ensure that the construction projects meet design safety and budget specification. 5. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. 6. Reporting status of site progress to Directors on Daily basis.Required Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and quality control. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage laborers, contractors, and site supervisors effectively. Problem-Solving Ability: Quick decision-making to resolve technical and operational challenges. Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, STAAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
