Company Overview Digital Molecule is a leading provider of digital marketing and website designing services dedicated to helping clients grow their online presence and achieve their business goals We are looking for a talented and driven candidate for Social Media PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing a creative mindset and a strong analytical background Key Responsibilities Social Media Management - Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client needs across various platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc - Create and schedule engaging content including posts graphics and videos aligned with each client s brand identity - Monitor manage and report on social media campaigns analyzing performance to ensure client satisfaction and optimal results - Stay updated on industry trends platform updates and best practices to continuously enhance client strategies PPC Campaign Management - Plan execute and optimize PPC campaigns for clients on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads - Conduct keyword research craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for better conversions - Monitor campaign performance adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators KPIs set by clients - Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on campaign performance along with actionable recommendations Client Communication Collaboration - Work closely with clients to understand their goals challenges and target audiences ensuring strategies are tailored to their unique needs - Collaborate with the internal marketing and design teams to create cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns - Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed their objectives Requirements - Proven experience of 3-5 years in social media management and PPC campaign management preferably in an agency setting - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms analytics tools and PPC platforms Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc - content creation skills with a creative approach to digital marketing - Ability to analyze data identify trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance client campaigns - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Bachelor s degree in marketing Communications or a related field is preferred - We prefer to hire local candidates so applicants from outside Delhi are requested not to apply Only those currently residing in Delhi are eligible to apply What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive environment - A collaborative and inclusive workplace where creativity and innovation are encouraged - Flexibility and support for work-life balance ref updazz com updazz com
