Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Media Planner to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing media strategies across multiple channels, helping to plan, allocate, and analyze advertising campaigns. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to support strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience reach, and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and development of media strategies (online and offline) aligned with marketing goals and target audiences. Support media mix selection, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling. Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure alignment between strategy, messaging, and execution. Monitor and analyze media performance metrics such as reach, frequency, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROI. Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights, highlighting key learnings and optimization opportunities. Stay up to date with media trends, platforms, and ad formats to suggest innovative approaches and improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with media planning and analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or programmatic platforms. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Basic understanding of digital media KPIs and performance metrics. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related platforms are a plus.
