Senior Engineer - QA Inprocess - Ambernath Location Interested candidates may apply directly with their CV at recruitment telawne com mention Senior Engineer - QA Inprocess in the subject line or contact 9082215477 9372414095 Gokula Samidha- HR About the Company TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD is engaged in the manufacturing and repairing of Power Distribution Transformers up to 10MVA 33KV Since its establishment the company has equipped itself with strong technical expertise in transformer technology Department Quality Assurance - Inprocess Position Name Senior Engineer - QA Inprocess Location Ambernath Qualification Diploma BE Electrical Experience 5 - 6 years preferably in transformer heavy electrical equipment industry Key Responsibilities Lead in-process inspections across transformer manufacturing stages core assembly coil winding insulation tanking drying and final assembly Ensure strict adherence to drawings work instructions and quality standards Identify document and resolve process deviations non-conformities through CAPA Coordinate with production design and testing teams to ensure quality compliance Verify and approve critical parameters such as coil dimensions clearances clamping pressure insulation checks and brazing quality Monitor key process parameters including vacuum drying oil filling and heat treatment Conduct in-process audits prepare daily quality reports and present findings to management Maintain quality documentation as per ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 standards Support root cause analysis RCA and drive quality improvement projects 5S Kaizen Six Sigma Actively participate in customer third-party and certifying body audits Mentor junior engineers and inspectors within the QA team Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In-person - Ambernath Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
