About the role We are seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Analytics Consultant (AI) who is eager to learn and grow in the field of data-driven consulting. The candidate should be experienced and driven, who has hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI applications. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently contribute to client engagements while collaborating effectively within a team. A curiosity-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key for success in this role. We expect our prospective candidates to possess the following qualities and strengths: Experience in AI/Agentic AI/ML development Model deployment and monitoring Cloud-based solution implementation Solid programming experience in Python, including production-level coding and debugging. Learning is everything attitude Excellent Communication skills Job Responsibilities End-to-end involvement in AI/ML solution development from requirement understanding to deployment and support. Enhance and optimize existing solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and performance. Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, and clients. Translate business needs into analytical solutions Understand data and business and demonstrate autonomy in problem solving and solution delivery. Deliver high-quality solutions within timelines Conduct structured data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Document solution design, workflows, and performance outcomes. Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technology to contribute thought leadership within the team. Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Machine Learning algorithms & workflows Model lifecycle management Version control using Git Cloud Platforms Preferred: Professional exposure to Azure, with hands-on experience in services such as: Azure ML Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Fabric Copilot Studio Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field/ candidates from other branch with relevant experience. Above 60% aggregate marks for all semesters up to which the results are out. No active backlogs. Previous backlogs must be cleared within the normal course completion period. Experience Relevant hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning.
