What You Bring: - Master’s (or PhD) in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. - Experience in Mass Spectrometry - 2–5 years in food testing, QA, or regulatory environments. - Solid grasp of FSSAI, FDA, ISO 17025, and data accuracy. - Analytical mindset + strong communication skills. - Bonus: You love spotting patterns others miss.
