Salary Range: 20,000 25,000/month (based on experience)

Chate Coaching Classes is one of Maharashtras leading educational institutions with a legacy of over 40 years. As part of our content production team, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft engaging visual content for YouTube, social media, educational courses, and digital campaigns.

Role Overview

The Video Editor will work closely with the content, graphic design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality videos for student learning, brand storytelling, and performance marketing. This role requires a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and the ability to turn raw footage into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, reels, and other digital platforms
- Assemble raw footage, cut and trim segments, and add transitions, effects, and sound
- Edit educational lectures, promotional ads, interviews, and motion content
- Collaborate with the cameraperson and content team for planning shoots
- Add subtitles, overlays, and animation elements as needed
- Ensure final output is clean, professional, and brand-aligned
- Maintain an organized file system and meet deadlines consistently

Required Skills

- Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus
- Understanding of framing, audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and color correction
- Creativity, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly

Eligibility Criteria

- 12 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome
- Educational background in Media, Design, or related fields is a plus
