Cyient is a global engineering and technology solutions company As a Design Build and Maintain partner for leading organizations worldwide we take solution ownership across the value chain to help clients focus on their core innovate and stay ahead of the curve We leverage digital technologies advanced analytics capabilities and our domain knowledge and technical expertise to solve complex business problems With over 15 000 employees globally we partner with clients to operate as part of their extended team in ways that best suit their organizations culture and requirements Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence healthcare telecommunications rail transportation semiconductor geospatial industrial and energy As a Microservices Developer you will play a crucial role in the design development and implementation of microservices-based solutions You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect build and maintain microservices that drive innovation and deliver business value Key Responsibilities Design develop and deploy microservices architectures using best practices and modern technologies Work closely with software architects and engineers to define technical requirements and design scalable solutions Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with existing systems and third-party services Write clean efficient and maintainable code in languages such as Java Python or Go Implement security authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards Build robust testing frameworks and perform unit integration and end-to-end testing of microservices Optimize microservices performance and scalability to handle large volumes of traffic and data Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments and provide timely resolution Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and ensure continuous integration and delivery Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in microservices development Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field Master s degree is a plus Proven experience in designing and developing microservices architectures in cloud environments e g AWS Azure Google Cloud Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or Go and experience with frameworks like Spring Boot Flask or Gin Strong understanding of containerization technologies e g Docker Kubernetes and orchestration tools Experience with message brokers and event-driven architectures e g Kafka RabbitMQ Knowledge of database systems SQL and NoSQL and data modelling techniques Familiarity with DevOps practices CI CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools e g Terraform Ansible Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented setting Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer Azure Developer Associate or Google Cloud Developer are a plus Skills Experience Cloud Technology Containerization Docker Software Microservices ArchitectureCyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer Cyient recruits employs trains compensates and promotes regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability gender gender identity or expression veteran status and other protected status as required by applicable law We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company where our people can focus their whole self on solving problems that matter
