Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
- Perform keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases, and integrate them into website content, meta tags, and headers.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend on-site optimizations for improved search engine performance.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, ensuring it aligns with keyword strategies.
- Manage and optimize off-site SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and partnerships, to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and user behavior using SEO and analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
- Work closely with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed.
- Stay informed about competitor SEO strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Research and implement emerging SEO trends, such as voice search optimization and mobile-first indexing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and SEO tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of off-site SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple SEO initiatives.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving SEO trends.
- Certifications in SEO or related digital marketing fields are a plus.
