Skill Required Skills & Qualifications - Clinical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures used in an outpatient setting. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management skills. - Administrative Skills: Excellent documentation and organizational abilities. - Education: A relevant nursing degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Nursing or GNM) and a valid nursing license are typically required.
