Job Description Walk-In Drive for Delivery Lead Role Date: 31st October 2025 Location: Impelsys Office Survey No. 192, IWF Campus, Whitefield Main Rd, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048 Job Title: Delivery Lead What You'll Be Doing - Oversee full project lifecycle implementation and delivery across multiple programs. - Manage the technical delivery for a business area, coordinating internal and external development teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into prioritized technology deliverables. - Design ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, AWS Glue, EMR, SageMaker, and related tools. - Ensure timely and quality data extraction and transformation processes. - Develop and implement data quality metrics and monitoring. - Report progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders. - Evaluate and recommend new tools, trends, and technologies. - Promote a culture of code, design, and test plan reviews. - Derive actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. What We're Looking For - Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services and enterprise application management. - Proven background in custom application development and solution delivery. - Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL). - Experience using GitHub, TravisCI, and similar DevOps tools. - Proficiency in Python, Airflow, AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, and API Gateway. - Good grasp of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns. - SQL proficiency with Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server. - Ability to manage a team and deliver projects in Agile environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
