Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and streamline our production processes in the clothing industry The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-efficient production of high-quality garments while maintaining compliance with safety ethical and quality standards Key Responsibilities Production Planning Coordination Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow Collaborate with design merchandising and supply chain teams to align production with market demand Team Management Supervise production staff including supervisors operators and technicians Provide training and mentorship to improve skills and efficiency within the team Quality Control Monitor production quality at every stage to ensure standards are met Address quality issues promptly to minimize defects or delays Resource Management Manage raw materials equipment and human resources to maximize efficiency Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery Budget Management Prepare and manage the production budget focusing on cost control and efficiency Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to procure materials at competitive rates Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to all industry standards including ethical labor practices and safety regulations Implement measures to minimize waste and improve sustainability Problem Solving Anticipate potential production issues and implement solutions proactively Manage unforeseen challenges such as equipment breakdowns or material shortages Qualifications and Skills Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the clothing industry Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes techniques and machinery Proficiency in production planning tools and software Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team Growth opportunities within the organization If you are passionate about delivering excellence in garment production and thrive in a fast-paced environment we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Location Thane Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
