Position Gate Pass cum HR Coordinator Location IOCL Panipat Phase-1 Phase-2 Thyssen Experience 1 Year Qualification Candidate must have a Civil background Job Role Responsibilities Gate Pass Handling Manage the issuance and renewal of gate passes for candidates at IOCL Panipat Ensure proper documentation is submitted for gate pass approval Candidate Documentation Collect verify and maintain candidate documents Ensure compliance with company policies and IOCL guidelines HR Coordination Act as a point of contact for candidates facing any issues related to gate passes access or documentation Coordinate with the HR team and site officials to resolve concerns Basic Computer Work Maintain records and update databases related to candidate details Prepare reports emails and other documentation as required Key Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role Civil background candidates only are eligible Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel Word etc and document management Good coordination and communication skills Ability to handle site-related HR and admin responsibilities efficiently
