Job Description Job Title: Social Media Manager (Fashion & Lifestyle)Location: Gurgaon (On-site / Hybrid)Experience: 4-5 Years (Agency / Fashion / Lifestyle Brands preferred)Company: ADSTA - Influencer & Performance Marketing AgencyAbout the Role We are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and strategicSocial Media Manager who has hands-on experience in building fashion/lifestyle brands on social media. You will be the creative head for brand communication across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, while also leading influencer collaborations and driving measurable growth in followers, reach, engagement, and conversions. This is a key role ,you will work closely with the founder and lead our clients social presence, campaigns, and content direction. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution - Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and platform-wise strategies - Plan, write, and oversee catchy content (Reels, static creatives, carousels, stories, hooks, scripts, captions) - Maintain and grow brand pages for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and eventbased clients - Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling Influencer Marketing (Leadership Role) - Strategize influencer campaigns and lead a small team that handles outreach & coordination - Identify, shortlist, and evaluate influencers based on brand fit & ROI - Approve scripts, reels, briefs, and ensure influencer content delivery on time - Track influencer performance and maintain campaign reporting Content & Creative Direction - Oversee creative production: reels, photoshoots, editing (CapCut / VN / Canva etc.) - Collaborate with designers, editors & production teams to deliver top-tier content - Ensure brand tonality, aesthetics, and messaging are always on-point Analytics & Growth - Analyze performance and define growth strategies to scale reach, engagement & conversions - Monitor KPIs: engagement rate, reel plays, CTR, follower quality, and campaign ROI - Present monthly reports and growth insights to internal teams/clients Requirements - 4-5 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle brands or social media agencies (mandatory) - Strong understanding of Instagram + Reels + Trend culture + Fashion audience - Working knowledge of influencer marketing (execution or leadership) - Hands-on ability in content direction, reel editing, and copywriting - Strong communication & client-handling capability - Ability to lead a small creative + influencer team - Up-to-date with the latest AI tools, social tools & platform updates Bonus Skills (Good to Have) - Basic understanding of Meta Ads - Experience with fashion photoshoots / UGC content direction - Tools: Canva / CapCut / Creator Studio / Notion / Google Sheets - Comfort in front of the camera (for trend reels or explainer content)
