Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Reporting Analyst Job Summary The Real Time & Scheduling Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement. This role focuses on real-time adherence, intraday adjustments, and proactive scheduling to balance staffing needs with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and management - Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, dialer, workforce tools, etc.) - Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau - Analyze trends and provide performance insights to stakeholders - Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with client and internal standards - Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams for data requirements - Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or clients Minimum Qualifications/ Skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, or related field - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) - Knowledge of SQL and data querying (preferred) - Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for visualization Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Good communication skills for presenting data insights - Relevant years of experience in reporting or MIS roles within a BPO/KPO environment - Familiarity with BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT, etc.) Working Conditions - Full-time office-based role.
