Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle ASCP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ASCP, as well as experience with cloud computing and technical project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation and Integration: Design, implement, and integrate Oracle ASCP solutions for clients, including ASCP Foundation, ASCP Service Request Management, and ASCP Service Level Management.
- Technical Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Solution Design: Develop and deliver solution designs, architecture, and technical specifications that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain Oracle ASCP cloud infrastructure, including deployment, migration, and upgrade of applications and services.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the development of Oracle ASCP expertise within the organization.
- Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction management.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with Oracle ASCP technology and industry trends, and participate in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and expertise.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
