Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and able to translate client objectives into high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute campaigns across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are being met.
- Optimize campaigns to improve delivery, scale, and efficiency.
- Prepare and share detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth communication with advertisers.
- Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, account management, analytics) to drive campaign success.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in campaign management (Programmatic / UA / Digital Advertising).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
