Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager-Application, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing application and resolution of complaints of precision gear cutting tools (Hobs/Shaving Cutters/Shaper Cutters/Broaches). Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand technical requirements. The candidate will also be expected to lead and guide the customer for productivity improvement tools. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years strong expertise in Gear manufacturing processes of gear Hobbing/Shaving/Shaping/Broaching. - Hands-on experience with setting of all the related machines for the above defined tools. - Proficiency to read the lead & profile graphs of the tools and gears. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. - Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or a related technical field
