Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for diagnostic and pathology services Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors hospitals corporate clients and collection centers Promote laboratory tests and specialized diagnostic services through regular field visits and customer meetings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management Conduct marketing activities CMEs and other promotional initiatives Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sample collection report delivery and client satisfaction Prepare and submit daily weekly sales reports and pipeline updates Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology Microbiology or related field MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred 2-6 years of experience in diagnostic lab pathology healthcare sales Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
