are seeking a highly skilled Sr Manager to join our team in the B2B process In this role you will be responsible for serving the US regions for marketing and renewal of various insurance coverages Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of relevant documents and information including report preparation Contribute to the achievement of Service Level Agreements SLAs Key Performance Indicators KPIs and business objectives Adhere to Company policies and performance standards Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry service zone We will count on you to Project manage a portfolio of comparatively complex and or big clients Ensure seamless and superior Client Service delivery on the work aligned to their team on key SLAs viz Accuracy Efficiency Utilization etc Focusing on Consulting projects including creating Requests for Proposals for marketing and renewal of client insurance policies Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies regulations and compliance Proficiency in marketing renewal strategies and techniques Project teams utilization through the year and actively pursue new work opportunities when necessary Act as point of escalation from Mercer India for any support required for production issues which occurs during onshore business hours Minimizes turnover on team by fostering a positive and rewarding work environment Assist in resource and recruitment planning to meet engagement deliverables Support and assist in driving the Mercer vision strategy and best practices necessary to produce the highest quality solutions for Mercer internal and external clients Collaborates with onshore stakeholders to communicate project status resource needs and escalates issues that may arise to onshore Management team Responsible to provide inputs on the organization initiatives being carried out in teams Foster an environment of recognition innovation and Applicants should be flexible working in shiftsWhat you need to have Graduate from a reputable institute in any stream Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience Ability to manage mentor first-line managers along with setting-up and maintaining resilient operational administrative governance for rest of the team Strong Project Management skills ability to manage stakeholder expectations proven track record of managing critical constraints like Scope Schedule Quality and apt in critical resourcing methodologies in a demanding project environment Experience of working in onshore offshore model Thorough understanding of peer review process QC Ability to work well within a team environment Ability to do multitasking manage multiple critical projects at a given point of time with conflicting priorities and being capable of ensuring optimum resourcing either by fast tracking or crashing techniques Proficient in project task prioritizing techniques Strong Risk management ability with relevant mitigation plan identified and implemented across business Expertise in developing solutions in setting-up new processes at offshore improving existing operational opportunities with best use of lean methodology and offering sustainable utilities framework with desktop automations using advanced Excel models Excel MS Access Macros VBA Preferred knowledge of data analytics tools and processes using R Studio Python Sound knowledge of using MIS and setting-up governance around the same facilitates management reporting Should be able to take lead in new opportunity identification offshoring feasibilities successful deep dives process mapping as-is adapted adhere to transition governance and execute drive migration plan for new project process work Ability to manage delivery of projects with 100 SLA adherence and utmost attention to defined CTQ parameters Ability to identify KRAs for team define SMART goals to achieve team organizational and business level objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills as exemplified by clear issue explanations documentation and effective intra- and inter-group communications Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines Project management skills thorough understanding of projects and processes Very
