Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report] In this role, independently manages assigned Record to Report activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities .Perform end to end Month end close activities. .Perform & review reconciliation and resolve and resolve discrepancies. .Prepare and analyse Management Reporting with variance analysis .Review and Post Journal Entries. .Fixed Asset creation, disposal & Depreciation .Act as a point of contact for specific entities/regions. .Process Improvement & Standardization of RTR activities .Mentor and guide analyst on day-to-day activities .Supporting audits by providing Schedules and documentation Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Bachelor's/master's in finance/Accounting. .Professional qualification (CA/CPA - partly or fully qualified preferred). .Relevant years RTR/GL experience.
