📌 Position: Chartered Accountant / CA Intern / MBA (Finance) Trainee – Full-time, On-Site (Pune) 🏢 Company: CIAN Healthcare Ltd. – A leading pharmaceutical organization with pan-India presence and a diversified brand portfolio. 📍 Location: Pune – Office-based role About the Role We are looking to build a strong finance team and have multiple openings: - CA Qualified / CA Fresher - MBA (Finance) / CA Intern You will handle financial operations, prepare statements, lead internal audits, ensure compliance, perform forecasting, and provide financial insights to management. Key Responsibilities - Manage financial operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closings. - Prepare financial statements under applicable standards. - Conduct internal audits, identify risks, recommend controls. - Ensure regulatory compliance (tax, GST, company law, etc.). - Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning. - Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and senior management. Qualifications & Experience - CA qualified or CA fresher / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern. /CA semi qualified - Exposure to financial operations, reporting or audit (internship or training period accepted). - Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulation. - Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, problem-solving. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
