Job Description Role Overview: The MIS Executive (App Script Specialist) will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining MIS reports and internal tools using Google Sheets, Google App Script, and related Google Workspace applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in scripting and automation. Key Responsibilities:1. Google App Script Development - Develop, modify, and maintain Google App Scripts for automation. - Build custom workflows, triggers, and integrations using Apps Script. - Create automated email alerts, dashboards, and report scheduling. 2. MIS Reporting & Automation - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Automate repetitive reporting tasks with scripts and formulas. - Maintain 100% accuracy and completeness of data. 3. Data Management & Analysis - Clean, validate, and analyze data from different sources. - Create dashboards using Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools. - Develop logic-based formulas, pivot tables, and macros (App Script based). 4. System Integration - Integrate Google Sheets with external APIs or internal tools. - Build connectors for data exchange between different systems. 5. Troubleshooting & Support - Debug and optimize existing scripts. - Provide support to teams for MIS-related issues. - Ensure smooth operation of automated workflows. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Google App Script (JavaScript based) - Advanced Google Sheets (Formulas, Query, ArrayFormula, Pivot Tables) - Experience with Google Forms, Docs, Google Workspace APIs - Basic understanding of API calls, JSON, REST - Attention to detail and strong analytical ability - Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, IT, Engineering, or related field - 13 years of experience in MIS and App Script automation - Experience in workflow automation using App Script or similar tools - Knowledge of SQL (optional but preferred)
