Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on telecaller and non-IT hiring. - Conduct monthly performance evaluations for all departments and prepare detailed reports. - Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management with accuracy. - Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively. - Conduct and participate in grievance sessions to address employee concerns. - Supervise and coordinate with recruiters and admin personnel for timely updates and workflow management. - Oversee administrative operations to ensure a disciplined and efficient environment. - Conduct audits of different departments to monitor performance and compliance. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for internal and external audits. - Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive. - Strong knowledge of HRMS software, HR policies, payroll, and compliance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools. - Ability to manage multi-department operations and ensure smooth HR & Admin functioning.
