Job Description Technical Architect - Salesforce & ServiceMax Exp- 9+ Years Location- Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata Notice- Immediate to 15 Days Mandatory- B2B commerce cloud, Sales cloud, Enterprise cloud, salesforce and basic of servicemax. Required Skills & Experience - 12+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Architect. Proven expertise in: - Sales Cloud lead-to-cash, forecasting, CPQ knowledge preferred. - Commerce Cloud (B2B LWR) storefront design, APIs, order management, headless commerce. - Experience Cloud partner/customer portals, community design, authentication, and personalization. - ServiceMax work orders, entitlements, dispatching, preventive maintenance, mobile/offline capabilities. - Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor limits. - Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications - Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track highly desirable). - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications. - ServiceMax Certified Architect/Consultant.
