Back Office Staff Urgent Requirement DelhiPosition Back Office Staff Location Delhi Industry Various Corporate E-commerce Financial Services etc Employment Type Full-timeWe are urgently looking for efficient detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Back Office Staff This role is a critical support position that ensures the smooth and effective operation of our business processes As a Back Office Staff member you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks data entry and providing logistical support to various departments Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management Accurately input and update data into company databases and management systems Ensure the data is organized consistent and error-free Assist in maintaining records and files both electronically and physically Document Preparation and Filing Prepare format and proofread documents reports and presentations as needed Ensure all documents are properly filed indexed and readily accessible for other team members Assist in the preparation of invoices purchase orders and other necessary business documents Communication Assist in handling internal and external communications via phone email or in-person ensuring all queries are addressed in a professional manner Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure efficient flow of information Support to Front Office and Management Provide administrative support to the front office team and senior management as needed Coordinate appointments meetings and other logistics for managers or teams Manage and track office supplies ensuring they are stocked and organized Record Keeping and Reporting Maintain up-to-date records of transactions orders and other relevant business data Prepare periodic reports on business operations sales inventory or other key performance metrics Assist in managing databases spreadsheets and online systems Inventory Management Support inventory management by tracking stock levels preparing inventory reports and assisting in reordering supplies when necessary Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary office material or stock Miscellaneous Office Duties Support the human resources department with recruitment processes onboarding and training schedules Coordinate travel arrangements for staff including booking accommodations and transportation Assist with event coordination for corporate functions or team-building activities Key Requirements Educational Qualification Minimum of a high school diploma Bachelors degree preferred Experience Previous experience in back office administrative or data entry roles is highly desirable Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Desirable Traits Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment Work with a team of professionals committed to excellence If you are a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced supportive back office role we would love to hear from you Apply now to become a vital part of our growing team in Delhi How to Apply Please submit your updated resume along with a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the position For More Details Contact to HR Mob 91- 8376075395
