Job Description As a Consultant in our Cyber: Identity Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - - You will be part of the development and configuration of OIG solutions to meet client requirements. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements. - Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using OIG. - Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities. - Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials. - Stay updated with the latest OIG features and best practices. Desired qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in OIG Identity Platform. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell. - Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - OIG certification(s) preferred. Location and way of working - Base location: Mumbai, India
