Job Summary

- Responsible for acting under various roles Package Engineer, Discipline Lead Engineer, Technical Expert, Interface EngineerResponsible for package engineering activitieson Rotating equipment and packages:
- Prepare and issuance of technical specificationsPrepare and issuance of equipment listVendor selection process (interface with supply chain, review offers and issue TBE, participate to bid clarification meetings )PO execution: package engineer (accountable for compliance with specs)
- Responsible for overall technical aspects of the package and involvement for the complete cycle Pre-PO, Post PO, FAT, Safety studies, Engineering support to yard for commissioning.
- Responsible for multi-disciplinary interface related to the package.Responsible for development of company standards and compliance assurance.
- Engage with peers to promote knowledge sharing and acts as a consultant and mentor to less experienced engineers to ensure knowledge transfer, product memory, and application of best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with various rotating equipment and packages Process pumps, Process compressors, utility pumps, process and utility packages used in offshore oil and gas. (Ex. Centrifugal pumps for hydrocarbon service, centrifugal gas compressors, positive displacement pumps, power generation package, chemical injection system, dehydration units, dryer package, inert gas generator etc.)
- Experience in the complete lifecycle of the Project and Rotating Equipment.
- Experience in performing technical studies and providing suitable recommendations for complex technical issues to meet project and discipline deliverables in greenfield and brownfield applications.
- In-depth knowledge of rotating machinery design and selection.In-depth knowledge of dynamics of machinery.In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary interface aspects.In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards.

Job requirements:

- Academic : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical

Exp: Minimum 20 years experience in Rotating equipment and packages in oil and gasMinimum 5 years experience in Offshore oil and gasMinimum 2 FPSO project experience

- Minimum 2 Brownfield project experienceSW or tools: PV Elite/ Compress/ AutoCAD/ Navisworks 3DBehaviours & inter-personal skills - Key points:Soft skillsTeam spirit and good communication skillsAbility to monitor and follow up subcontractors / suppliers / partnersAutonomous and able to think out of the box
- Strong analytical skills
- Curious and motivated to propose and/or explore new ideas
- Team Leadership skills
- Accountability and ownership
