Hardware Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Hardware Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit design, schematic development, and board-level hardware validation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of embedded systems and electronic products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits based on product requirements. - Create schematic diagrams and work closely with PCB layout engineers for board design. - Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of new designs. - Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless hardware integration. - Conduct design reviews, component selection, and BOM optimization. - Support EMI/EMC compliance testing and reliability validation. - Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test reports, and revision histories. - Provide support for prototype assembly and production testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 2–3 years of experience in hardware design and development. - Proficiency with schematic design tools (Preferably OrCAD). - Experience with microcontrollers, power supply design, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, USB, Ethernet). - Hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, power analyzer). - Familiarity with PCB layout principles, signal integrity, and design for manufacturability (DFM). - Good understanding of embedded system architecture. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice, or similar). - Understanding of RF design or high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR).
