Job Description

Should Have:

- 5+ years of experience and excellent programming skills using Java, Struts Framework,
- Working experience in Ext JS , REACT, jquery, and javascript,
- Experience with MVC architecture
- Experience in working with databases and creating SQL Queries, PLSQL, DB2 Databases
- Strong working experience in Publish-Subscribe SOAP/RESTful web services, RESTAPI, Springboot
- Knowledge in Websphere 8 and above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle using Kanban, Scrum, or the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Development experience in a cross-platform and multi-tier environment.
- Critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions.

Nice to Have:

- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with process automation.
- Experience with AI tools for code development and office products.
- Experience in performance testing and tuning.
- Scrum team experience.
- Knowledge of group insurance.
- TIBCO BW and iProcess knowledge.
