Position: IT – Senior Analyst - SAP SD

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand the business requirements related to the order-to-cash process.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and propose effective SAP SD solutions.
- Integrate requirements with standard SAP SD technology in SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Test new developments, manage system configurations, and ensure proper documentation.
- Analyze order-to-cash process issues and propose improvements in coordination with various departments.
- Assume greater responsibilities as a senior analyst, including mentoring junior team members and handling complex issues.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD techno-functional roles.
- In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes including sales order management, billing, and delivery.
- Experience in SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with extended teams located in Europe and India.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.
