Job Description About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET and Angular development lead to be part of our Technology hub in India and lead a development team of 6-8 Engineers. This role oversees the development of our scalable data processing orchestration platform used throughout the organization. You will work together with the Product lead and internal users to develop the platform, optimize workflows, and maintain effective platform operations. Key Responsibilities - Design & develop solutions in Azure using C#, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes, SQL and Angular - Own end-to-end solution design for the platform - Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders and serve as the technical lead - Collaborate with the hardware, network, and database architects in application design and implementation - Provide T-shirt sizing and epic-level estimates and drive delivery to meet expectations - Performs technical oversight of implementation projects to ensure alignment with architecture and technology standards. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize efficiency - Write complex, maintainable code to develop scalable data processing engine Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field. - 10+ years of experience building production software - Expert knowledge of C#/.NET programming - Expert knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) - Expert knowledge of code management using GitHub - Strong knowledge of database design with SQL - Strong knowledge of CI/CD platform and solutions (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions preferred) - Good understanding of Agile methodology, SAFe practices and software delivery via CI/CD and demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile/SCRUM environment - Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business - Ability to successfully build relationships with stakeholders and navigate complex social environments Additional Information Our Benefits - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
