Job Title: Team Lead – Sales (US Shift)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Hours – 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales with at least 1 year in team handling
Industry: B2B/B2C Sales, Lead Generation, International Calling
About the Role:
We are seeking a Team Lead – Sales with strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and managing a sales team targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales campaigns, managing team KPIs, and ensuring performance targets are met during the US night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4–10 Sales/Lead Generation Executive
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, and conversion rate
- Manage outbound cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads from the US market
- Understand client needs, pitch relevant products/services, and set up qualified appointments or demos.
- Work with CRM tools to maintain and update lead records accurately.
- Track team KPIs (calls made, conversions, leads generated, etc.) and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
- Suggest process improvements based on performance data and market feedback.
- Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine targeting strategies and collaborate with on boarding and closing teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, scripts, and objection handling.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of total experience in international sales / lead generation / cold calling
- At least 1 year of experience in a team handling or team lead role
- Excellent spoken and written English (fluent required)
- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques and B2B/B2C lead generation
- Ability to work independently during US night hours
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
